Anything released on Primevideo would be a major fail. That platform is dead AF.  Netflix would give her entire catalogue the biggest boost. Homecoming live album did decent numbers thanks to Netflix and it was a live album! something that has not been selling for ANY artist in the last decade. A real good documentary on Netflix with the visuals would just be perfect. Then keep it going with Act II and Act III and make it into different seasons. Like Act I is season 1 with and you continue with the different acts and then the last season would be the tour documentary for all 3 acts.

Of course that would mean she tours in 2024 instead of next year but so what? to me it would be the perfect plan to not only save this era but connect with the other releases.

She should pop Lemonade on Netflix.

Bey will go with the highest bidder. She doesn’t care about streams.

I just wanna see her perform 1 Rennie song live at least at the Grammys.

I'm with you. I guess I'm just trying to look at the upside.

For me, outside of the big stuff of irritation (like the long wait + silence), I'm actually most annoyed by some of the less obvious of Bey's antics. Like our girl's appetite for "coin over everything".

As you said, Prime Video cannot rival Netflix on any metric. It's about cultural positioning more than subscriber numbers. Netflix isn't just the leader, it's the cultural leader. Stirrer of convo and constantly proves it can move the needle when it comes to viral-ness and sales.

Prime touts numbers but it's mainly because most people have an Amazon account. If they had to present number of "active" Prime Video users it would pale. There's a reason why everyone knows about Rihanna Savage x Fenty show but so few actually watch it. Best I know, they have 1 or 2 shows-shows that do legitimately well (like The Boys), but not much else. It's also not an Urban hub when thinking about the lion-share of Bey's audience.

It figures, though. Netflix are probably very well-versed in everything we've said and  know their premium and how much it actually benefits Bey to align with them rather than the other way around. The other streamers want in on the cool and clout Bey brings so will pay above and beyond. It's "Beyonce" so there's an automated amount of buzz, but we will definitely notice a difference.

Netflix would give Bey whatever she asks. That's the most frustrating part. They WANT to work with her and on top of paying her well, they would cover the production cost and probably let her work with some of their directors that are very good with documentaries.  Beyoncé has nothing to lose working with Netflix. Going to another platform at this point would just be as annoying as the other moves she's been been pulling lately and in the end it just isolates her and her art even more.

Documentary: Prime Video
Visuals: Netflix

In terms of exposure Netflix is top dog, but Prime Video is the next up. Her content would absolutely be ignored on Disney+
...HBO remains bottom of the barrel and extremely local, so its probably that :gaycat6:

aside from the voice message…this is no different than what had already been happening weekly already. Club Renaissance has never stopped. There’s parties every weekend.

As usual they missed the mark and Parkwood is probably the most USELESS management team i've seen of ANY artist in enterainment i'm sorry. Good for Bey to keep everything in house and not having to pay an outside manager but c'mon! At some point you're paying those people to do what exactly? What is Yvette doing with her salary? that woman is always dancing and doing nothing. At some point you are paying someone money to do nothing and it's weird.

I'm sure Bey is preparing for the world tour and doing other things but Club Renaissance should have been a thing this summer and it should have been worldwide with tickets given for low price like 20$-40$, that would make her so much money, the fans wouldn't have to pay a lot and the number of fans showing up would end up making them a fortune and cover the loss they made in CD sales because most dont buy CDs like that anymore.

They let every opportunity pass and then just do a messy effort last minute to appear involved. Truly insane.

Why do I feel like the Rennie era is over now that Cuff It has pretty much peaked :rip:

Cuff It will peak in January. Renaissance is far from over. Visuals are imminent, at least one more radio single will be released (Heated, AS and SR deserve) and she hasn’t done a single performance… yet.

To be fair, clubs and bars throwing their own parties is different than a Parkwood organized Club Renaissance.

When she performs only one Rennie song at the Grammys and it’s "ENERGY" and prerecorded like the Oscars

I wish “Club Renaissance” was more like her renting out clubs/ballrooms doing a blended listening party and intimate peformances.

and she visit the big cities like LA, NYC, Chicago, Miami, Houston, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Sydney, etc.
