I have no idea how a young person, especially one without a degree, is meant to break into the job market in 2026. The whole "jobs want experience but won't give experience" thing has stayed true even before the economy started spiraling and AI started snapping up what little entry level jobs remained. I saw this the other day. It's pretty unnerving how the anchor's whole demeanor and approach switches so quickly and she starts to behave like she has a battery in her back.
