This is extrmely offensive and disrespectful to the clown community. Please delete this post.

  • I was watching the swiftologist's TTPD re-ranking and I don't think he truly gets The Anthology — which is sad for a self-proclaimed Taylor historian and journalist — cuz while it's pretty existential

I can’t believe how big this clownery has gotten, TS10 has been a trend on Twitter for days on end at this point :rip:

Im a firm believer that nothing is happening tomorrow. I wish y’all an ounce of luck

My major opinions btw, since the thread has restarted

Tier 1: folklore, evermore, Red

Tier 2: Speak Now, 1989, reputation

Tier 1: Debut, Fearless, Lover

My favorite album is reputation, her best album is folklore, her quintessential album is Red, and her underrated masterpieces are evermore & Speak Now.

cowboy like me is one of the best songs of all time.

Call It What You Want, New Romantics, Safe & Sound, and Last Kiss are the songs that unequivocally renewed my stan card time and time again.

I’ve loved her since I saw the “Our Song” music video, but hearing State of Grace when it was released as a promo single is when I KNEW I was a stan.

Anyways, Loser will always be Taylor’s worst album. She wrote that album on auto-pilot knowing that was all she had to do to get the positive “return to form” narrative she needed. But the tea is that if you put a writing camp in a room and told them to write a Taylor Swift album, they could’ve come up with 80% of Lover. It’s by-the-numbers Taylor Swift songwriting in the worst possible way. There’s little noteworthy growth or progression in her songwriting; she totally played it safe and wrote from a place of comfort. It’s her least ambitious, least daring album ever.

And that’s to say nothing of the fact that she chose to promote the album by releasing singles that were intended to be PR statements to improve her public image rather than to demonstrate her musical talent or score quality hits.

Thank god COVID cut the era short and led her to folkmore. I pray Pop!Taylor stays gone forevermore.

LOSER is her WORST album, don't let success stan who keep posting its longevity chart run hiding the fact it's her worst record ever :celestial5:

messss I just realize that the male background vocal in Blank Space are actually chanting "Hoe!" :deadbanana4:

”cornelia street”’s chorus always gives me “the song that would play when the parent album wins an award” vibes. like as it is lover doesn’t rlly deserve djfkf but whenever that second chorus hits i can always imagine sis looking shocked in her seat and getting up to accept her award

:chick1:

only a couple more hours until Swifties are once again proven to be the clowns of the century

i’m so excited for Her to announce TS10 in 5 hours or so ?

also, just because it needs to be mentioned with the first 5 pages of the new base:

Taylor is GAY

Has there been any insider information spilled on here that might allude to an announcement? Or is it just pure speculation? :rip:

It’s the only truly GREAT song on the album. Gave me Speak Now vibes the first time I heard it. It’s a pity that that Taylor didn’t show her face more during the Lover writing sessions, but fortunately she showed up for folkmore.

It’s kinda weird to me that the fandom that rallied around Enchanted, ATW, Getaway Car, etc for all these years hasn’t done the same for Cornelia Street. It’s clearly That Song of the album. I guess Cruel Summer’s bridge has them blind to the truth. :doc:

Yeah it sounds straight of Speak now but much less emotional

Pure speculation. No real insider has confirmed anything

At the end of the day, Lover (song) will be a classic while regurgitation will remain forgotten by everyone but white gays :cm:

So the MrS twitter account is the fake one right....?

I love Corona Street so much, but this version:

>>>>>>> the album one

The song is cute overall but honestly it gives me Delicate x All Too Well mashup vibes. :toofunny3: Nowhere near the top of her discography tho.

Corona Street is a classic but it’s not even top 5 on Loser. It should have been the track 5 instead of The HeadAcher

Career HIGHLIGHTS from Loser that her unhinged fanbase continues to sleep on:

But they're too busy crying over Opus of the Woods' ugly lil sister Corona Summer and its wasted potential. :coffee2:

The Archer as well!

I agree about False God. Underrated highlight.

DBATC is also better than Cruel Summer.

Edited by Achilles.

I have loved The Godcher since July 2019  It brought back some hope to many people after the 1-2 PUNCH of the singles :dies:

But I also agree that it's one of her weakest Track 5s :emofish:

Lover slander has to stop NOW. Lyrically it's much stronger than any of her other pop albums. I mean just look at Title track, The Archer, Corneila Street or Daylight.

Cruel Summer and Paper Rings are two of her best songs EVER. It also has other highlights such as I Think He Knows, Afterglow and False God

Really its only problem is that its bloated. If she had cut the two first singles (+The Man and Miss Americana) it would be known as her best pre-folkmore album
