Okay so I know this case has a lot of heated rhetoric on both sides right now, so as someone who has heard arguments on both sides but is still trying to understand how airtight this case is… ….can someone detail the timeline of events that have led to many people definitively feeling like Jane Doe has a case here and that there is a likelihood of conviction for these guys?

Okay, and then Madonna will go on tour and deliver a better show than Taylor ever has yet AGAIN and be adored by her millions of fans and continue being Madonna, the most impactful pop icon of all time. But sure, be happy for Taylor Inc. getting some additional trophies to add to its resume. I'm sure watching Taylor do everything she can to upstage Madonna of all icons with her purchased new award category won't be badly received by non delusional Swifties whatsoever!

I've always thought it was the foot incidence in 2014. A lot of fans forget she was walking around with a cane for a long time after. She never danced the same again. I agree re: Rebel Heart. I remember low key being a bit shocked by the contrast when videos first came out from that show. Some of it was very…Cher (Iconic, Holiday, and so on).

I've always said the Confessions Tour came off as her "slowing down" and adapting her performance style into a more mature style that was very flattering and chic while hiding some of her dancing limitations…. …and then that all went out the window with S&S A lot of The Confessions Tour honestly wasn't that dance heavy. I think she could pull off a fair amount of it today with the right choreographers, rehearsal time, and modifications for her age / mobility challenges.
