I think the navy came around after rih retired, there was no point to continue the stan wars (of course some stans are still trying it) the hive kinda did too but it was a minority (or they already liked rih before)

I personally have never seen a navy member go after Janet on this site, maybe it did happen if you insist it did but it must've been not common because not once have I seen the navy attack Black women to lift Rih up. The only other stans the navy used to get in fights other than the hive, were stans of white popstars, and mostly Gaga and Taylor at some point. But even then the navy hasn't really been getting in fights, mostly because Rihanna is inactive and there's little to nothing to actually stan for or get into fights over The Rihanna base thread basically collects dust at this point. So I'm finding it hard to believe that the navy that isn't even going after Beyoncé or Gaga or Taylor would somehow be going after Janet Jackson

Both fanbases have stans that act deranged (like all fanbases have) and think their faves are some type of untouchable entity-

The cuts to the skin made by both bases are too deep to be reconcilable. Just like Xtina vs. Britney.

I think Beyonce was looked at as the wife and rihanna as the side chick/mistress in initial hate but then it became about #1s and smash hits while the other one gave vocals and touring success.

At some point in the late 2010s when both got shafted at the Grammy's for Adele both sides called a truce.

Both sides have been ok in the 2020s as there were bigger fish to fry so unless it was about Rihanna becoming a billionaire first or Beyonce finally winning the AOTY grammy I'm not sure what happened that made them return to petty fighting. Both ladies are legendary billionaires, so I'm not sure what is achieved by pitting them against one another...but I'm still entertained by the threads.
