New song by Björk: 'nerve bloom' at Björk's Echolalia exhibition (from May 30 through September 20)

Three Björk songs are presented at The National Gallery of Iceland on a theatrical scale for the first time:

Ancestress (2022), Sorrowful Soil (2022) and Nerve Bloom (An interactive preview of a track from Björk's upcoming studio album)

The exhibition is presented alongside Metamorphlings, an exhibition of James Merry, Björk's long time collaborator

It seems like she typically announces the album not long before the release date. I know she said the album won't arrive until 2027, so hopefully January or Q1?

She just talked about the new record because she felt forced to do so. People were saying that she was definitely releasing something for Echoalia so she had to stop the rumors. Or am I wrong?

Let's hope it's for Q1 though!

Oh right, I forgot about that part of the statement. It's hard to avoid the speculation, though, given the circumstances. Do we know how long we are typically aware of new work before a formal album announcement?

Sounds amazing as expected! She continues to peak after Vulnicura!

It sounds a bit like Utopia, which I'm not mad at. Hoping the fact that this is a 'remixed' version doesn't make for a duller track later on. Keep the beats, mama!
