The Flaming Lips really wanted to produce an album for a pop girl. In 2013, they were supposed to release a joint album with Kesha called "Flipsha", but her career went on pause because of all the Luke stuff. So FL produced a record for the next hot & messy MPG.

this statement feels irresponsible to me. yes, it's your choice to have a baby in your 40s, but it's not silly to be cautious around pregnancies at that age. it's scientifically proven that pregnancies after 40 carry higher statistical risks than giving birth at a younger age: higher chance of developing gestational hypertension or pre-eclampsia, higher blood sugar during pregnancy, higher likelihood of needing c-section, higher chance of genetic abnormalities, such as Down syndrome & a bunch of other stuff.

her best album for me - I don't use much of Ariana's earlier works, except for a couple of singles, but the Positions - ES - petal combo has been absolutely amazing. I think she finally found herself sonically, but it needs a bit more polishing and her magnum opus is coming next
