Not sure if anyone else on here cares or even knows about this weird manifestation method called " The O method".

It is such a weird idea that believes our bodies generate intense energy during.... climax which could be used to "manifest". I thought it was crazy and bull ****.....

I tried it and now I want to somehow reverse it? Like what the hell this is NO JOKE

Has anyone had a similar experience? Is this really THAT strong? Or am I just reading into this too deep?
