Lin Manuel-Miranda and Hugh Jackman will definitely win an oscar sooner or later.

Gaga could march onto Broadway and secure an EGOT effortlessly but she seems more interested in her pop star career than ever so it doesn't feel likely anytime soon.

It would be a real shame if Gaga didn't get it, she's like the quintessential EGOT recipient and it would reflect her immense and multifaceted talent. I could see the pressure of the Broadway schedule being a struggle for her, though. Both her physical and vocal endurance. And she'd have lots of pressure to call out as little as possible.

Maybe a short engagement in the right revival in the right year. She'd be remarkable as pretty much anything Patti LuPone did. I think she'd KILL in Gypsy down the line.

She doesn't even need to do all that. She just need to become a co-producer to a front-runner Tony winning musical or play which is how Jennifer Hudson & John Legend recently became EGOTs.

H.E.R. gets award nominations and wins the second she lifts a finger, so once she wants to try for that Tony she'll probably immediately get it.

Cynthia, Lin-Manuel, and Ben Platt I could see getting in for Original Song (I know Lin has been trying forever, but it could happen).

We gotta roll out some iconic audiobook recordings for these legends in the "no Grammy" category. Lange, Mirren, McDormand, Irons.

As for people who don't have 3 competitive awards yet, I'm sure Billie will get this someday.

She could easily win as producer, she knows how to make an effective musical drama

Adele and Gaga are the ones that come to mind

Gaga said she'd like to produce a musical and I'm sure she'd do the music too so I could see her winning a tony at some point.

I know that the ASIB coming to Broadway in 2030 is an adaption of the 70s version, but Gaga could write some music on it or produce it to get a Tony.

Besides Gaga, I think Cynthia, Jon Batiste, Adele, Ron Howard, Ludwig Göranssan, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Kate Winslet could all accomplish it in the future (all are one award away).

Also any of the famous actors who are only missing a Grammy (Jessica Lange, Helen Mirren, Al Pachino, Frances McDormand) could complete it if they record themselves reading a children's book or something because that's apparently a Grammy category

Billie will get there with Finneas for their Broadway musical and she will be the youngest recipient ever

Cynthia Erivo is the most likely performer. Bette Midler and Lily Tomlin could win a Honorary Oscar. Lin Manuel-Miranda, Michael Giacchino, Ludwig Göransson, Trent Reznor/Atticus Ross etc. could make it too as they are very active.

Lady Gaga would win if she ever decides to do Broadway. I can picture her in A Little Night Music.

LMM for sure and he could have won already if Disney submitted Bruno instead of the khia song that nobody even remembers. I really don't know about Hugh Jackman though, maybe when he is really old. Like Christopher Plummer.

Depends. Producing is a real job with real stakes but some of them just cuts a paycheck and gets a credit.

There is no question Gaga is going to get one in the future.

Gaga will at some point, we know she has the talent to do it but maybe in 10-20 years. Winning a Tony in her late 50s-60s would be a great testament to not only her talent but her masterfully crafted longevity.
