It still sounds like something you'd hear echoing in your local H&M dressing rooms while you're dehydrated and experiencing psychosis from the overbearing fluorescent lights and his energy on the track is nonexistent so idk. In other words, cute background noise, not bad, just inoffensive, which could be interpreted as bad to some, I guess.

It sounds like a really safe pop star that is growing up to make a radio friendly LCD Soundsystem song and I say that as a positive. I enjoy it a lot and wasn't expecting him to move a bit away from the traditional pop sound and into something a bit more for divorced dad out on the town.

Yeah I was expecting the typical 80s synth pop (Weeknd, Doja, most Jack Antonoff productions and his own As It Was). I'm glad he's trying something new for him

Also, I'm glad some songs seem to be getting longer again. I ******* hate 3:00 songs that sound incomplete.

I like it, it's a risk for him, and I found this way more interesting than anything on his previous album plus it's made me curious for how the rest of the album is going to sound like.

Funny how I watched nearly every video about the song and I've found literally none that fit this description. There are some comments that don't like it, they have way less likes than the ones who do like it and are filled with replies of "what??"

Yeah, it's a chill house track. It's nice but nothing groundbreaking, nothing we've not heard before. I'd say it's very similar to Tame Impala's latest album bits, especially End Of Summer. A chill track, no big hooks. For me it's a strange choice for a lead single since it's not really a smash comeback, rather a tease. I suspect a more hook'y song to come at a later date. I hear some nods to… Radical Optimism, a blend of live instruments with some synths but still pop.
