Sienna Spiro pulls out of All Things Go Festival due to unforeseen circumstances
The album is mid, but at least that song is really good and she can sing. The whole aesthetic feels like an inauthentic Amy Winehouse / Duffy / Raye / Adele rip-off. I'd honestly take her over Stella Lefty any day.
- Will Taylor get her fifth Grammys AOTY win with Life of a Showgirl?

Hot 100 | Final predictions (9/5/26): Texas #1 (x20), Boston #2, Jolene #16
I'd rather Choosin Texas than Boston getting a week. To think Man I Need, So Easy, Dracula, Be Her, Risk It All, The Cure, Stupid Song, Midnight Sun, Stateside, Loser, Oh Yeah?, Earrings, Risk It All and TWO Morgan Wallen songs all failed to get number 1 this summer but BOSTON does... gross.

Grammys: is there an actual BNA front runner?
I know I'm the first to call out the ties to MAGA for Ella, but really she's up there with Billie and Olivia as the clear and runaway frontrunner for this. She's had one of the biggest breakthrough years in a while. I know we don't want to admit it, but she's massive and isn't going anywhere. The Grammys love to predict big stars with longterm potential and Sienna Spiro just isn't that... Geese might be the alt pick.

KATSEYE - 'WILD'
I'm not even really a fan of this group, but you can very much see who the Nicole Scherzinger is... Lara Raj is going to be the only one to come out of this with a career in a couple of years. You can tell it's her goal, it's almost uncomfortable to watch her push for the spotlight so heavily in a group.

Hot 100 | Final predictions (8/29/26): Texas #1 (x19), Boston #2, Loser #18
We need Loser and Oh, Yeah? to take off more. The Top 10 overall needs an overhaul, it's so so stale.
-
Ariana Grande - 'petal'
It's not a bad album, but it is a forgettable album. This is lower level Ari. It might be personal for her, but it's just not a fun listen. I was hopeful with HTIMYLM, but it's really the highlight of the album.

Cardi B - "AH HA"
This is going to be a solid hype single for the EU tour.
- Hot 100 | Final predictions (5/30/26): Drake makes up 90% of Top 10, Janice STFU #1
-
Olivia Rodrigo - "drop dead"
This song is refreshing and feels right for spring. It's a grower which is a good thing nowadays when things get old very quickly usually. It sounds nothing like Taylor, but Taylor should move her productions to be more full like this. It doesn't sound like a generic radio track, but it's still catchy. Just enjoy it.
- Hot 100 | Final predictions (4/18/26): Texas #1 (x6), Man I Need #2, So Easy #5
-
Kacey Musgraves - "Dry Spell"
I feel this is to set the tone of the album and I'm here for it. She's coming back with Pageant Material style lyrics with a country twang but still very Kacey of now.
-
Harry Styles - 'Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally.'
The reviews aren't what I was hoping for, that there are hints of change, but ultimately a collage of cool musical influences that are ultimately not overly well written or able to stand apart from the references. I'm sure it'll be fun regardless upon a few listens, but it sounds like it'll be forgettable over time.
- Sam Fender finally getting some well deserved global chart success?
- Hot 100 | Final predictions (3/7/26): Choosin' Texas #1 (x2), Opalite #4 (-3)
