I think one shift in culture/technique being normalised that has benefitted her SO much (I think maybe Beyonce started it, and obvi was essential on Charli's Sweat Tour... but Gar didn't take advantage until Mayhem) was having a camera-man ON stage and choreographing the camera movements so they're actually framing each shot of her performance as a cinematographer would. She always used to perform for the crowd and interact like a rockstar would, and it's obviously awesome in the room but less impressive as footage. Now you can SEE her acting and how much emoting she does facially, she's so good at it because she's always been able to hit a target and serve, it makes the performances feel so alive.

I don't see her ever doing a visual album unless she got a hefty check from some sponsor. Music videos are basically obsolete these days.

I actually do think a new album will come pretty soon, just maybe an all at once release + minimal promotion and no tour
