The tour special she recorded in LA I think was with HBO?

I think the tour film was recorded by Live Nation Productions or w/e their production studio is called, and then they auction it out to these different streamers, and the one with the best deal gets the distribution rights to it. So might be HBO, might not. Could be wrong though, but I think that's how it works.

Actually wait, it'd make sense if Haus of Gaga handled the recording herself since she's all #girlboss'd now
