She also said she was over 100 shows in when she was at half that number. Touring was hard on her when she was a decade younger and doing less demanding shows. Kind of delusional to pretend she's not putting herself through the wringer

I remember the feeling when she cancelled my BTWB Boston date near the end of the run. It took me awhile to listen to her music again since it made me feel sad/mad.

Montreal, I'm devastated.

The arena vs stadium discussions are futile atp. The show looks absolutely breathtaking in an arena setting and I stand by her choice. A stadium tour would have likely taken longer to prepare in terms of needing a bigger and more elaborate stage etc. According to Parris they started officially working on the show after SNL which means they pulled off prep in less than 2 months. Considering how little prep time there was, they really did an amazing job. Even if it was a stadium tour she could still get ill. Considering 20 years of TF is approaching, it's a safe bet the next one will be all stadiums anyway.

Agreed. There's probably "a lot" of promo planned for Shape of a Woman, but I already know Runway is going to overshadow it. But her team won't be competent enough to switch plans so both songs will end up underperforming with mid peaks.

I mean so far Runway has received more promo. We only know about Shape of a Woman because of a leak

Runway is for the charts, while Shape of a Woman will be Oscar bait

The thing is several movies as of late have had multiple hits simultaneously so it's possible to give them both excellent promotion. But Intershit is Intershit so I'm not holding my breath that it actually gets done

Two different songs. SOAW gets a performance in the movie, and I believe that Runway is a credits song. And there's another rumor that Gaga created other female collabs for the movie too, but that one is much more unsubstantiated. The original Runway rumor came from a GGD person who has a source that has correctly given them tour dates before they were announced before. This same person told them that there was a Gaga/Doechii song made for the movie too.

It's based on a festival premiere (for which you could clearly tell no one could see anything outside of screens) for which the decor was envisioned for a small arena tour. She did Mexico and Rio as an extra as well.
