  1. Exactly, who else defended with such vigour trans hate the last 5 years? Not so many, even less at her level. Her grammy speech was probably the most visible in an era where almost no artist goes political in award show)
  2. Interesting to break or tie such a record when you have a song that has literally no cultural impact right now (and even less in the future).
  3. As soon as LiveNation put it for sale you knew it was coming. Ridiculous to book arenas for 1) this type of show 2) this artist in NA. Should have been Place Bell in Montreal for instance. Still bummed.
  4. Shows that a good album and a good promo still do wonders. Congrats queen.
  5. Quite a filmography
  6. Not her biggest fan, but this song flopping hard is weird to me.
  7. I used to find her a funny meme with CC but not it's getting awkward (also the way she dropped TC was an odd obsessive behaviour testimony)
  8. Ngl it's a great album. Strong material with crisp production.
  9. Their Emmy campaign alone deserves the nominations.
  10. Neither great or bad. I really don't see it being nominated for an Oscar though, it's less "effective" than other songs she made for movies (I don't think she'll ever top the Hunger Games one).

VIY cannot be topped; Colbert's performance is perfect

The production is quite next level. Where did she find all that energy and time.

Disease what a masterpiece. That version omggggg
  14. Most streamed artist: Gaga First song: Play with Fire, Hilary Duff (may 2015) Top 5: Rain on me ARUTW Cut to the feeling High Horse Boys (Charli represents)
  15. i really like it
  16. After almost a week, it's such an easy replay value album. Still not huge on the Lambert collab, but I am not skipping it. Hell on Me is the Space Cowboy or The Architect of this opus. Gorgeous.
  17. Not agreeing or disagreeing with her but she was fired because she didn't want to stop posting about it; she wasn't fired no first warning from the studio. She signed a contract and like many workers, there's always clause about public comments. She stood up for what she believed and chose her freedom of speech over her job.
  18. The firing is one thing, but believing you're carrying that franchise is ridiculous, especially her conspiracy theories about box office numbers. Let it go. Scream existed before you and will exist after you. It's unfortunate that it took her a year to find work again, but calling out other actors who returned as if they were powerful enough to turn down a paid acting job is unrealistic.
  19. still listening but each song is so wonderfully produced (as always), really makes her entire discography so timeless over the years.

Look I love her, but Shape and GL really aren't clicking at all with me.
  21. Very interesting cover article in Variety, mostly on the collab with Miranda. Very excited to discover the album (I love Middle of Nowhere). https://variety.com/2026/music/features/kacey-musgraves-middle-of-nowhere-country-masturbation-1236732175/
  22. Montreal did her dirty last time so she'll never come back :(
