I think its because aside from 3 or 4 shots, the shoot was never that good to begin with. She probably wasn't pleased with how cheap the digital alterations looked, almost as if Eli Russell just learned how to edit photos. She has served much better photoshoots in her later years

I think it's good Low budget or cheaper production value doesn't necessarily mean it's bad - Gaga's done amazing things on a low budget early in her career. Often artists work best with less!

But I agree that she's served amazing visuals since then - all of the ones you added in your post being great examples
