Seems like I missed the LG8 discussions a few pages back but there's little doubt in my mind that we're getting a 2027 release for both the lead and album. I think the only other new music we're getting this year is The Weeknd collab for his new album.

If Anna decides to retire (I doubt that will ever happen soon). Gaga is one of the main candidates willing to fully chair the event. She can also involve the Born This Way foundation in it as well. I doubt that she can commit like a full lifetime like Anna, but she'll probably co-chair it with someone.

I'm speculating this because Gaga has immense influence in the fashion world and she's a collector of costumes and archival pieces. She knows how important these events and exhibits are to the fashion world and for its education and awareness

The Met is also preparing its own fiscal planning through strategic investing and compounding to ensure it'll have a sustainable income and funding when Anna is no longer involved. In the Future, Gaga will probably make the event extremely private and exclusive.

But this can only happen, maybe after 2 decades. Anna will be in her 90's by that time
