Yeah it's definitely not as noticeable as some other soundalike songs. There's a reason there was never a major lawsuit. The lyrical content was original and the chord progression is common.

Few people remember this (not ironic) but back in the day her stans tried that narrative already with 'Alejandro' saying that it was a copy of 'La Isla Bonita' when the two songs are easily totally different, they started with the dumb outfits comparison to land in the songs plagiarism kind of attacks, so it was already in the air that they would have tried again to play that card with the next single.

'Born this Way' was indeed the next single after 'Alejandro' and they basically tried again to push another copy-song narrative with the difference that time given the enormous hype/success the 'Born this Way' era was having their fave clearly started to be insecure and put herself out there embracing that dumb narrative.

If there was really a case of plagiarism she could have easily put Gaga in court and let a judge/jury with a team of experts deciding that, clearly if that didn't happen it's because they didn't have a case in their hands.

The biggest irony about all the copycat accusations from back in the day is that Madonna has been involved in sizabely more plagiarism lawsuits than Gaga. It's also such a kii how all the geriatric homos who try to hold Ray of Light over Gaga quickly forget it's literally a sped-up cover taken word for word, meanwhile Gaga has never done close to that level of imitation for anything.

Media wise the Shakira Cobacabana concert has been a total not event, I wasn't even aware it happened last night
