Pure sales will be huge, but streams? She did not secure and nurture her stream health like other artists did, so that's up in the air. And truth be told, majority of the Hive are either in their 30s, 40s or 50s and are in the "buy-once-and-forget-about-it" camp.

The media will gobble it up and do the promotion for her, showering her with constant praise. Gen Z and Gen Alpha will praise her and pretend they're stans for quick social media numbers but will never actually buy or stream the album (despite claiming to have done so), until years later when they're ready to do their "FIRST TIME LISTENING TO ACT III: BEYONCE - REACTION" video on YouTube.

It would be kinda hilarious tho if she dropped sth next Friday now that we all collectively gave up nnnn

Watched the Kylie documentary yesterday (she truly is a queen 👑 what an amazing human being!). Got me thinking if Beyoncé will ever feel the need to make a truly and fully pop album.

Thinking about it, her most popular songs have a pop light-heartedness to the melody - Texas, BMS, Cuff it, Irreplaceable…

I wonder if act iii is indeed rock, what would the first (and only) single would sound like. If Texas and BMS are anything to go by, it's going to have to be a pop rock song.

March 29th was likely a coincidence, but I do think there was a plan to drop May 29th as a nice way to round off the pattern they'd stumbled into.

Bey re-surfaced, chairing the MET GALA, the same year her final trilogy project was due, after months of silence, with tonnes of rumours going around about the next album. You can't convince me something wen't wrong last minute and she ended up having to scrap the launch. I believe the Rob Shulter rumours 10000%.

She doesn't chair the Met Gala for nothing. Or at least, she didn't plan to. Now that nothing has happened, I'm hibernating for another few seasons before she re-emerges...

It was the perfect storm of easter weekend, viral photos of her looking breathtaking, memeable and funny tv commercial, a superbowl cameo (again, looking divine), curiousity for the music, and a genuinely catchy lead
