Did you feel like you'd been chewed up by the record industry in any way?
After "Breathe In. Breathe Out.," it was very easy to be like, "RCA forced me to lead with this song when I knew it should've been this song." But that was me not having balls, you know what I mean? I learned a lot from that. I don't think I would've made this record if I hadn't fumbled the ball a little.

I love Michelle Branch and that album is terrible. I hope she can bounce back in time.

I definitely like Hilary's album a lot more.

Are they really??? I was ordering from TalkShopLive and I thought they were always legit Now I think I am going to cancel and just order another copy of the Walmart edition

If she's talking about Chasing The Flop, then I'm with her, if it's about Sparks, then no... Just no.

Maybe CTS when she really wanted AAY then they went with Sparks and the album took a whole different direction, that's how I took it. Sad she seems so disconnected from BIBO.

That's what everyone is saying/posting, but they might be from her website after re-stock? So it could be those that just those are autopen. I got the TalkShopLive signed as well so I won't know until they get here, so maybe those are authentic as she was signing while doing the q&a. I know labels have a habit of making them sign a certain amount and then autopenning a bunch more to make more money, so here's to hoping they're real

Making my way through the interview and I already had to stop and cackle at this part

I always stop at those TikToks where it shows what 35 looked like in 1982.

H - I don't think anyone drank water back then. They were, like, dusty-crusty.

Probably...AAY would've been a much better lead.

We all love Sparks though, so to a degree, we all appreciate her being forced to record some songs

How'd you end up on Atlantic Records? I wondered whether this was a product of personal friendships — the Elliot Grainge and Sofia Richie and Good Charlotte of it all.
We're more personally friends with them now. I finished making the record and for the first time ever was like, "It's done — do you like it?"

You weren't looking for notes from the label.
I'm not saying I didn't have meetings with A&R. But pretty much the record was created, and that was that. I didn't go shopping anywhere else, which was fantastic because I hate a dog-and-pony show.

Also another interesting quote, I know for a fact she was shopping different labels and playing her new music for them before BIBO released, well the unreleased songs she recorded during 2012-2014.

Those streams seems really good for Hilary! I expected between 2.5-3.5 million!

Not me getting the Walmart exclusive delivered with no way for me to listen to the rerecordings cause I haven't owned a CD player in years.

Please release them on streaming Hilary.

Do we think they would tack on the rerecordings some time next week to boost streams? Artistically it should be its own EP but strategically...
