If one is not using protection at all, one must use PrEP. I see so many gays having unprotected sex all the time without PrEP. They feel it's not sex when they use protection. It's truly scary.

I take PrEP every day with my Ezekiel bagel and cream cheese that I make fresh at home with a little secret ingredient from my boo thang

From what I remember the risk with oral sex and HIV transmission is theoretical (there's no confirmed case of it) but the recommendation is to take it if having sexual contact of any kind, not just anal

I do much more than oral so I take it daily. **** the gossip on the kidney function, just drink tons of water. Better than having a lifelong chronic illness, sorry.

 

If I was doing just oral tho I might reconsider taking it because I wouldn't find it necessary, isn't the chance of contracting HIV through oral sex pretty much zero? Doing just oral couldn't be me tho.

i think theres no case of hiv spreading orally and the risk is really only if you have any open sores/cuts in your mouth. best to not do any toothbrushing immediately before meeting the guy.
