A lot of people are complaining about Miley decisions (understable) but as long as she is making new music I'm not complaining! Bar is that low since Rihanna and Britney retirement

This is really good. Do we know if it's a deluxe or is she moving on to a new album already? 
 

my only complaint is the mixing is a bit muddy - but that could just be due to how this was ripped?

Yes but she changed her mind, the "official" Miley Cyrus fan account who is besties with her team immediately was saying Secrets is on DELUXE now and teased the release date in September+ now Miley is sending out letters named "secrets"

Please, I think it's fine.  It's really not that airtight of an album, and it could really use a boost, especially for awards season where it has its only chance to have any lasting legacy/impact.

I'm so excited for this song. She's worked with so many legends already wow
