-back on topic I tried listening to it again this morning after months and had to turn it off after the 3rd song. It has not aged well at all.

it still sounds good it just kind of faded into the background cuz gar let it fizzle out

It's the best album of the year and Gaga's best work. It actually gets better with subsequent listens but even Gaga can't help you if you lack ears and/or taste 

I think this is arguably her best album. Like top 3 for sure.

In Gaga's words "The album has teeth". It is soulful, chaotic and fun all at once. That alone makes the album age much better than those who sell cheap happy meals every year

The 70s/80s chuck-e-cheese's type songs did. But there are some great songs on there. Garden of Eden is the one I listen to the most.

the album is excellent and it's a great body of work most of ATRL's fave will never make cause they lack the range, talent, personality and vision

No, it's one of my favorite albums of the year.

Ngl I thought it was kind of mid when I first heard it but I think her live performance have really elevated the tracks...like the Zombieboy performance on Netflix's TUDUM event and the orchestra DJ HIT THE LIGHTS bit during garden of eden. Chef's kiss*

 

Listened to the album in its entirety (minus TB & BoG) for much longer than any recent release. Still use GoE, Abracadabra, and DWAS regularly.

 

Definitely deserves AOTY

or maybe her discography is timeless, seeing how PF, JD, Judas, Bloody Mary, Government Hooker, Summerboy (songs released almost 15 years ago) have all had their viral moments (to different extents) 

 

if anything, it shows how TF/M and BTW were ahead of their time
