Idk but it feels like we are really living in pre-apocalyptic times. The trump administration and everything going on in Israel scares me. Are we almost on the verge of the end?

Human nature hasn't changed, leaders like Trump and genocides can be found anywhere you look in history. What I'm worried most about when it comes to apocalyptic events are AI and climate change, things humans have not dealt with in modern history.

Yeah, it does feel like that. It's like life is already over and there is no future and we're just miserably sitting through the slow crawl to the inevitable end.

Felt this way since 2020 tbh

yes, last decade tbh, every time we seemed to be getting back under control to any degree then something else (brexit, trump, covid, ukraine) happened to throw it off balance and trump 2 feels like the last word

 

the opposition don't seem to have any sort of useful or courageous answers to the rise of the grifters and unabashed bigots, either too cowardly or already co-opted i fear, can only hope someone who understands what's at stake steps up before its too late
