I only thrift clothes unless I'm in another country where clothes are much cheaper. I also only see movies on Tuesdays for a discount because no movie is worth $25 :rip:

Sauce I understand but MAYO??? I lowkey threw up in my mouth

Sis it's just tap water and mayo. Not gross at all to me :michael:

I was feeding my cat this premium cat food brand. Anyway, when I lost my job and didn't want to have him downgrade his food quality, I started eating rice with his tuna mix. It's not as expensive as the tinned stuff and nuking it in the microwave dilutes the horrid gelatin

95% of the time no hahaha

Clip coupons and shop deals and sales. Pretend to be broke every other week, shopping at Dollar Tree instead of the local upscale shopping markets that I generally do. It actually does make a difference in how much I realistically save.

Yes! Also when mayo or any sauce is pretty much done, I add water swish it around to get all the sauce and then pour it on my meat or whatever I'm eating. I PAID FOR THAT!

I also cut the corner of the carton on milk and put it upside down to drip into a cup, and then use it for my coffee. If my boyfriend throws it out, I pull it out of the trash and finish it! ::suburban:

Ure gross omg..

Putting water in the shampoo to make it last longer

Buying clothes in thrift stores

Omg my dad used to do this with the handsoap in the bathroom and it pissed me off. As soon as I noticed the soap was watery I'd pour it out and refill it with a new bottle

I reuse razor blades for much longer than I think you're meant to. It's not really a cheap thing though, I just feel so wasteful chucking something out after like 4 uses.

Funnily enough I learned that trick from my mom so I guess it's just something parents do lol

  • Pirate every movie/series ever.
  • When at a hotel I eat breakfast at the latest moment and overeat so it lasts me until dinner :dies:
  • Steal tons of stuff from hotels: towels, slippers, shampoo, hand gel etc :gaycat4:
  • I don't throw out stale bread but instead soak it in eggs and make delicious french toast out of it :-*
  • I only buy frozen mixes of veggies and fruits. Not only is it much cheaper but it also lasts way longer and theree is no annoying cutting/peeling involved :nicole:

- buying items in the Ikea outlet and reselling them online for a higher price (works for items no longer available for orders)

- returning items to Ikea after a year of using them and replacing them with something new
