  1. i'm absolutely obsessed w Peggy Gou's new single "Wo, man" (with Ayra Starr), but every time i listen to it, i can't shake this thought out of my head!!! i keep imagining how massive it would have been if Dua Lipa was the featured vocalist on it instead!! hear me out: 1. the ultimate pivot: dua's completely defined by her 80s disco/dance-pop sound rn. stepping onto a house track like this would be the perfect way for her to pivot into a slightly different, more underground dance aesthetic without losing her core identity or fanbase. it feels like it'd have been a natural evolution for Dua too. 2. the message: the track's uplifting message of independence is powerful and aligns with Dua's brand and personal values. (it's Woman's World done correctly.) 3. mutual benefit: it could have been a massive opportunity to elevate Peggy's career, giving her a massive global crossover smash. it would've also given Dua a fresh sonic-identity while also securing her title as the ultimate queen of the modern dancefloor. so…. is "Wo, man" the smash hit that got away for Dua Lipa? or do you prefer the track exactly how it is? Discuss!
  2. is someone going to (discreetly) tell us where we can find these snippets? pls?
  3. why can't i find these anywhere??
  4. listen, i used to love Katy sm. i fell off around Witness.. there are songs on Witness i actually really embraced bc i liked her and i was still a fan. but she kept disappointing me over and over after that. i even gave her a chance after being underwhelmed by Women's World. despite the backlash, i still listened to 143 and gave it a solid chance. i would love for Miss Perry to have her moment again but the music and branding is not there… it's disappointing. these new songs are bad and she needs a rebrand and more elevated sound. she's no longer in touch with the culture and her branding and artistic direction is super corny. hate to say it!
  5. obsessed. i miss 2011, omg!

  7. yea, i agree… i also don't get why he's on the phone?? i'm sure they took at least 50 photos and THIS was the best one? the warped mirror in the back is also not flattering…
