Except it's relevant when comparing commercial performance as promo singles obviously don't have the same playlisting or airplay that an actual single would

They aren't huge bops but they're incredible songs. This is the first one that sounds somewhat basic to me, but we'll see.

my point is, she's about to release the 5th song for an album that only has 6 actual songs left. all of that just for the songs to make 0 noise and not spark any interest from people in her new album. if that's not the definition of a messy rollout…

Interesting song but the mixing is horrible again unless the clip on Twitter I've heard was LQ (preview in this thread is not available in my country). There is something seriously wrong with the quality of the sound of her songs since Psycho Killer. Whoever is responsible for that should be fired.
