Both 1989 and Lover have some great songs but also some real duds. 1989 fans have forgotten about some of those album tracks I think. She really put her album-crafting skills to work on Midnights in comparison

Yeah that's absolutely true. Also makes it more interesting as we less know what will happen. And Taylor really has enough Grammys for the rest of her career if we are honest. She doesnt need anything more

 

 

Also I really enjoy Harry's House. It's a good album

Certainly possible that SZA gets it, but I dont see how she would be a front runner and certainly not a clear front runner

 her album has spent more weeks at #1 than any album by a black female artist since then 

 

So widespread acclaim + like 10 weeks at #1. It's the album of the year frontrunner. Stop acting like Beyoncé fans She doesn't win cause she's black. Beyoncé never has been an album in this position.

It's a streaming monster but the grammys have yet to show they care if an albums just big there. Certainly bad bunny and post Arent getting big wins 

 

Harry Taylor and Billie i.e. had lots of sales to help push their wins

AOTY definitely going to SZA next year. There's no doubt about it. She's serving critical acclaim, commercial success and no controversies. Hoping for "Midnights" to snatch some nods.

I agree, it had to grow on me at first, but the songwriting alone is better than her other pop albums.

I am not feeling that Godchanted snippet as I should be  Will be blaming it on the quality for now!
