These movies made too much of an impact on me.

I don't eat fish either and barely eat beef. Peanut butter is now my #1 protein source as I cut away chicken more and more from my diet.

Maybe once a year. I rarely eat meat as it is let alone pork.

as someone who grew up in a REFORM jewish household, my mom never made us keep kosher, and let us eat bacon from the time we were kids lol! I loooove bacon, and pork is good in dumplings too, but imo it's just never been as good in quite as many contexts other than those two the way beef and chicken are

I did some googling and read that if pork has a strong urine/musky odor it's likely because it was a male pig. Male pigs give off an extremely unpleasant hormonal odor. It's literally called 'boar taint'. 🤢
