my only criticism is that the song is way too short. if she was going full-on 80s with the sound she should've made the song 4:30 long

My thing if he's capable of this why does he give such **** pop records others. He seems to only like doja and Sabrina. God knows he gave crap to Taylor (minus get away car). Thank god she's going back to max for pop greatness instead of that MIDnight audio nightmare

I gave Hot Pink a spin today and while it holds up, I think Jealous Type just shows how elevated her approach to pop is now. Her delivery on the verses feels sophisticated, the syncopation of the vocals toward the end with the synth hits, the overall ambiance. I'm really looking forward to this album.

I'm soooo glad she's fully leaning into being a popstar again. She's truly made for this.

At first I wasn't sure but on my second listen it HIT. She's such a star

God she's so hot. The music video is absolutely perfect

Even though I love her when she's in pure rap mode, Doja is simply unbeatable when she sprinkles her songs with pop vibes.
Jealous Type is definitely in my top 5 favorite tracks from her.

I even pre-ordered the Fnac vinyl edition in France the one with the cover where she's leaning against a car.

It's very simple but it's soooooo good, I need full choreo and a smash extended remix!

Literally never expected to stan a Doja track. If the entire album is mostly her singing over Janet-inspired beats, then I am purchasing for sure. On repeat! Song of the Indian Summer is here.
