it's not perfect and some things i've noticed: 

 

1. every time a page loads it takes one second to apply the script and switch from light to dark

2. it's kinda hard to tell when posts end and signatures begin

Yay I am glad someone is using it.

This unfortunately happens because the page has to load first before TamperMonkey initializes the script since I need everything to load before I can modify anything.  

But I am hoping that I can eventually get it on here, in which case it can load this instead. I can assist with this! I have ideas already on how to implement that. @Ryan

 

I haven't been able to make more modifications to it since I'm working a lot (when I'm not shitposting).

Between this and certain behaviours on Reddit I've considered using a script but not sure yet. I've also tried using browser extensions that alter the style of websites but they just look off

Unfortunately can't manipulate the styling of the DOM until the DOM is loaded through non first party methods, and TamperMonkey needs to make sure the site being loaded is the right site before to load the script. There might be another extension that I can use instead of adding it through TamperMonkey where that wait doesn't happen.
