I remember getting a WP for a post complimenting them on their ability to climb to the roof of their mental institution to make their posts, but in hindsight, I feel like they played everyone (and me) so well

I did a little research just now (I looked for evidence) and I don't think that's DMF, I stand with the parody account theory. Their style of writing is too different

Ultimately who cares who he is but at least make the rules consistent so people know how to follow them. If you allow a troll that literally posts "hehe lmao haha" at the end of their trolls run rampant completely unchecked, don't drop warning points on people for a simple "your fave hasn't hit #1 solo since the Clinton administation" drag. Off topic remains such a nebulous, impossible to interpret rule in a discussion that's constantly moving and I see "but your fave" drags literally dozens of times per day.
