I'm sorry, but they didn't really LEARN anything. They would do the same management with Babymonster if they could, but the group is not big enough so they HAVE TO put in more effort. If Babymon manages to get an actual hit, then you will see the traditional BP rollout all over again because it's cheaper, less time consuming and still brings huge returns.

BM already got a mini and prerelease ready while BP is still N/A right now 

 

2NE1 still giving us nothing 

 

YG basically using the KIOF debut rollout for his BP replacement 

 

him finally admitting BP/BM were delayed to hell and probably could have debuted 2014/2022 so he's speeding the process up

 

this is such a mess and clearly cover up for the Pinks overwhelming disinterest as a group and preparing their soft disbandment; I'm kinda living for it

I mean I guess this make sense considering 2NE1 and BLACKPINK are legacy acts under YG since the members are only signed for group activities now.

 

That leaves YG with Babymonster, Winner, & Treasure in terms of groups so a second active gg to add to their roster isn't such a bad thing. But this is YG we're talking about lol

Honestly, ROSÉ should focus on her solo career and capitalize on the momentum from APT, instead of putting everything on hold for this unprepared world tour, especially when the group isn't even recording new music for it and she likely doesn't even want to do it.

No they just lost a lots of male trainees and they already have a GG ready, never forget that a whole GG departed YG after BP debut, because YG delayed BP debut too much and also was having the Burning Sun scandal. 

 

And the people counting MEOVV, we'll not only Teddy move The Black Label out of YG but he also still buying stocks and making sure that investors are seeing him as an individual company and not a subsidiary. Like in a year or two we'll see him completely free of of YG hands.
