According to media outlet reports on May 2 KST, TWICE member Jihyo has purchased a building in Sungsu-dong, Sungdong-gu, Seoul, paying 4 billion KRW (~ $2.8 million USD). Based on the purchase records, which indicate that no mortgage was listed, it's suspected that the idol paid the full amount in cash. 

 

The Sungsu building was purchased by the TWICE member in March of last year, with its ownership being transferred to Jihyo by the end of the month. The following month in April, Jihyo was successfully registered as a residential landlord, also registering her building as a rental property.

 

The building was built in 1986, making it nearly 40 years old. It consists of one basement floor and three above-ground floors and currently houses a real estate office and a restaurant on the first floor, offices on the second floor, and residential units on the third floor. The building is said to be a 10-minute walk from several bustling commercial areas in Seongsu-dong. Experts believe that Jihyo purchased the building more so for its future value as a unit located along the Han River redevelopment zone, rather than for its current rental income.

Yeah I just hope they will not be pressured to lose their muscles or to begin dieting. I hope they will have to choice to do what they want with their bodies.

did the "project plan" actually manifest in tangible, self evident instances of plagiarism with ILLIT's debut material or did BELIFT just use a subsidiary's label's project plan as a reference? did they actually swipe this from ADOR's filing cabinets? why wasn't the fact that their plans were "stolen" brought up in court? if its just stuff like this i can see why

I haven't actually seen any beef. It's likely typical fandom BS. Nothing in particular with Amy's vs whatever their fans are called

I do like the instrumentation in Gnarly, so if I zone out the lyrics, the song can be fun. It's hard to zone out the lyrics when there are no melodies to speak of though.

1: Hate the new Katseye song. The instrumental is actually decent but can't get over the cringe nugu lyrics and lack of overall melodies.

 

2: What is SM even doing with RIIZE, they are basically releasing NCT music now.

 

3: Kinda obsessed with MEOVV and Hands Up. I feel like they are gonna be what YG wanted Babymonster to be. Thank you Teddy.
