You know what protects idols from "mistreatment"? Not flopping.  Now, all idols should be treated well, and normally they are.  It's why some CEO's get accuses of their business being a hobby.  But when you work for a Chinese company, they tend to inject more pragmatism into the situation.

Now there is something really bad with POCKETDOL, like why Nam Dohyon name got revealed to be behind CLASS:Y Tick Tick Boom right before he sued the company and he received no money and I doubt Ryan S Jhun worked for free on this song.

is there a physical release that doesnt have just one member on the cover. like i need either a full-group photo or some kind of digital design like the digital release artwork

Version 0, 1 & 2 are all 5 members covers, only the Jewel cases are solo.

According to this calendar I found, Kiss of Life on the 7th, albume debuts on the 9th, tripleS and Meovv on the 12th, XG on the 14th, X:In on the 17th, i-dle on the 19th and Kiiras debuts on the 29th.
