I'll say this again: CENTER 1 should manage all their GGs/female acts. They are by far the best team in SM for the girls.

Just give them more money and more staff so they can keep delivering.

Since SM 3.0, it's a reward based structure, so the more sales a center generates, the more budget it gets. 

 

Center 3 is apparently already known among SM staff to be the most poorly managed and operated. Maybe that's why IRENE & SEULGI have had their solos moved (Jo Woocheol did previous RV comebacks + solos including Like Water, before the center system came in. He's now director of Center 1). 

 

I agree though, they should just permanently move all of RV to Center 1. The difference in quality and concept is shocking. Jo Woocheol understands RV so well.

Plenty, Heartbreaker Repack release was delayed for whatever reason. They had to change the whole thing last minute. 

 

Also One Of A Kind+Coup D'Etat edition wasn't counted for neither albums but outsold both.
