I read that those are the lawyer fees. Regardless, making a 17 year old pay a billion dollar conglomerate's lawyer fees is heinous. Are you one of the ghouls supporting this because MHJ "brought up poor Lsfm and illit"?

If you meant the 730k fees, then no, they're definitely just for breaching the contract: Court orders NewJeans to pay $730,000 per independent activity without Ador's approval - The Korea Times

 

They'll have to pay legal fees if they lose but Idk how much these are (my guess would be less than <10k, though). And no, I support NJ 100% but I think they (and we) knew this court case was not going to go their way. They can avoid going back to that trash company and hopefully ride out the rest of their contract in appeals. That way they don't breach anything and avoid massive legal costs.

BELIFT cannot plagiarize ADOR just because an ADOR employee was paid for their art for a comeback, especially when BELIFT did not pay that artist.

Miss A had terrible longevity and got surpassed by NJZ in a matter of months.  I'm an Aespa stan and used to get dragged for downplaying NJZ, but damn, y'all take delusion to the next level. Miss A had two smashes, two big hits and a bunch of mild successes. 
 

NJZ are #1 all-time for female groups for digital points (about to be the first to hit 10B). They have over a decade of weeks on the chart and they've been around for a bit more than 3 years   They have a chart run that would have cleared all of our faves digitally.

The point is that Kesha/Britney stans are trying to hold Korea to the standards we want to see America held to.

Not just shelve them, but bring clones out, too. A total 2NE1-BP situation.
