SM isn't managing aespa as efficiently as they could in multiple markets, but the refocus on Asia in 2023/2024 definitely did help quite them a bit.

 

I would like to see them expand more in Japan as well. Kinda crazy that they've sold out Tokyo Dome multiple times, but SM has treated Japan releases like an afterthought.

 

It's also clear SM 3.0 isn't as concerned about success in the west, since they dropped the deal with Warner and have switched back to just working with a global distributor rather than doing another label/management partnership.
