Yeri should if she wants to continue being a singer. If she wants to be an actress then i can see why she would leave.

 

I'd be surprised if Wendy left because she loves the group and is the main vocal. Although she could easily find another company.

I think YERI has longer left on her contract than the others, but then SM seemed to open up negotiations early for all members, so she may be negotiating. It's unclear because nothing has been announced. 

 

WENDY, I'm not sure. Personally I feel like she would better off staying in SM, despite the mistreatment. 

 

If she joined another company, her activities would probably be limited by SM contract restrictions. Also SM trademarked her real name which sucks, so she would have a battle to use it if she left the company

 

Unless she opened her own company and tried launching in western markets too, but that would be very risky.
