I forget that Halsey is mixed sometimes. But she has a striking resemblance in these photos.

honestly i'm interested to check how some of these songs will sound, good creative promo

I'm still shocked no one (as far as I know) haven't thought of doing this concept until now. I haven't been this intrigued by an album rollout in a long time.

I was just thinking how they didn't use any black women during this rollout and she chooses Aaliyah's best album.  
 

One of the best album rollout in the last 10 years. I haven't been this excited for a Halsey project since HFK. 

She looks incredible, loved all the ooois she's pulled so far, but the voice/music is always grating to me. Why is it always artists you don't necessarily like that slay a concept that you want from your faves?  

The photos I have seen so far are spot on. She's really killing it with this promo tactic, but I feel the album will fail on the charts.

Halsey has already stated all the icons she has impersonated have inspired her for her new album and she's paying homage and tribute to them as well as having a song inspired by that specific icon. Reading and research is fundamental. 

she's actually making this such a cute interesting album, I think I will listen

this impersonation is her best one yet.

This is one of my favorite album rollouts this decade.

 

It's sad that it will most likely be overlooked just like her last album when the music sounds really solid so far.
