Which fanbase has been the most humbled by the events of 2024 and why? It's been a rough year for many, so I can't quite pick one but maybe you could help me?
 

 

 

KatyCats by far

Monsters. Bruno made them feel so cocky and confident and then the reality hit them yet again. 

 

Kats were used their fave flopping (and being clowned) so they weren't as loud as liddos were one month ago.

 

But I'm quite shocked at how quiet they have been this past week. They are so many on this site and are usually so vocal but I guess the only thing left for them to do is spam the downvote button.

 

 

Monsters for sure. They were actually expecting Gaga's Oscar nomination + and laughing at Selena's Oscar hype when Selena actually has more chance + ******* won Cannes  

Katycats just wanted a normal era, katy had already been panned even at her peak and it wasn't gonna change with one album

 

Monsters were convinced Gaga was gonna win an oscar and have the biggest movie of the year

The Kats finally realizing their loser fave is OVER

They should be humble because of this plus Harelquin numbers but they still cocky about Beyoncé, Katy, or even Sabrina and Taylor

Liddo monsters and it's not even close 

 

They were literally the loudest a month ago in saying how this movie is gonna propel GaGa to insane heights in the movie industry and the soundtrack will  be another huge success like Asib, and somehow they also had the time to shade the Katy stans to get away from the "same boat" narrative, and use Bruno's collab as some proof of otherwise

Aside from Selenators, Monsters have been the only ones on here taking her seriously for the Oscars. 

 

And there's a difference between "expecting" a nomination (literally no Monsters does after she missed for Gucci) and seeing the potential for an awards run assuming the role and performance is there. And despite the performance widely praised, the role wasn't there with her relegation being a huge criticism of the sequel (and the movie is a mess).

We, the little monsters, are back to the shallow I fear. After Gaga flopped on two fronts, turning Mother Monster into Mother of all Bombs.

But hey, the year is not over. Maybe LG7 gets moved to Dec and does numbers.

Little monsters still have DWAS, and can far more easily rebound from this. 143 was seen as Katy's last chance at a comeback and it became her biggest and most panned bomb to date.. It's OVER over, so it's gotta be the kats

Gaga is flopping in every aspect as of late. Her solo music doesn't do numbers, her movie is flopping and idk what's happening with her make-up brand. Haven't heard much of it.

The Tardi for the Bardi's got another new face, a baby, a divorce, and still no album. I'll cast my vote for them.

NOT the KatyCats pretending the unprecedented disaster of 143, the second lowest reviewed female album of ALL TIME was expected and no big deal when they expected Katy to get back to her early 10s glory days because she had black hair and Luke (who they were asking for) back. Instead she got relentlessly humiliated, mocked and cancelled to the point where she had to come out, slam the "haters" and pretend she was unbothered when we all know she was fuming her last chance at a comeback was laughed off the face of the earth because of how unbelievably corny the music and visuals were. I have honestly never seen a major pop album flop that bad critically or commercially and I challenge anyone to tell me otherwise. 

 

Meanwhile Gaga has a huge hit song, an acclaimed jazz album (double 143 mc score, lmao) another acclaimed role and a highly anticipated album that will at the very least not be accused of being so bad it's AI and KatyCats have the nerve to call her a loser? Lmao you can't make this **** up. I know the Cats are desperate to deflect from the second worst reviewed female album of all time but we were all still here 2 weeks ago.
