Tbh her solo releases feel a bit disconnected so I wonder how a full album could sound. ROCKSTAR is very edgy, this is mainstream western radio-pop.

I hope her team managed to place this on Emily In Paris tbh. If her goal is to make it mainstream, this might work. Still, I do wish something like this could come:

Nicely surprised she keeps releasing stuff. This one sounds nice but probably my least fave of the 3. A bit basic but radio friendly.

 

I hope she releases an album soon.

Nope - this one is a WW release.

The prechorus (green-eyed French boy got me tripping…) reminds me a lot of Espresso.

Loved Rockstar and New Woman but this is a bit slight for her.

jeeez the chorus is lazy and not catchy.. the verses are more catchy

I kinda like this more than I expected? Thought I wouldn't like it but it's at least enjoyable, polished, and sweet. The world didn't need another Say So Espresso redux at all, but as a cute promo single/album track, this is fine. The lyrics are a bit corny, but if a corny moment stopped stans, none of the pop girls would still have fans.

 

New Woman remains her best release.

Its cute, but Rockstar and New Woman are definitely more interesting
though i wonder why release this now without a MV? Is it just a promo single? Seems kinda weird, i would get it if she dropped this alongside the album preorder

Basic but cute. This maybe should've been released before New Woman since it's more of a summer vibe

it's nice, i wouldn't mind having it as an album track. but not sure what the goal is here.

Honestly, she could've done more with the sample. It's missing something, it's not bad it just sounds plain. Still a cute song though

I've never cared for Blackpink but she's really taking it 3/3 so far
