JISOO - "CLICK"
It's not a competition, but if it was, she won. This is really good. It's exactly what I was hoping for.

Stella Lefty's dad defends Israel; mom shades Olivia Rodrigo
From what I have seen, Gracie does have some talent. Stella is kinda mid. The success is exclusively because of the nepo. I'd LOVE to have just a little bit of this nepo-baby audacity in my day to day life.

Stella Lefty's dad defends Israel; mom shades Olivia Rodrigo
idk if I could handle the fact that I only saw the success I did because of being a nepo baby. there's no awareness of that it seems. its so cringe

Amy Slaton (TLC's 1000-LB Sisters) - "Pounds Hollow"
This has to be mostly AI (like the art she's been sharing for it). It's so weird, there are parts I like (and then lots I don't) LOL

Cascada - "ALIVE"
Out August 28 Queen of mid single releases.

K/DA register new song - "Watch Me"
K/DA definitely set a precedent for mainstream music's association with video games. They really need to release another. This registration lines up perfectly with an October Worlds 2026 tournament. Soyeon is releasing some solo music right away, so it'll line up perfectly with her promotions wrapping up. PLEASE LET THIS BE A THING IN OCTOBER.

Ruby Rose Turner - "VANITY"
Kinda giving me McKenna Grace vibes.

JoJo - "The standard for live singing isn't human anymore."
What's popular music-wise doesn't require a lot of vocal skill. What's marketable is people, not necessarily skills or genuine strong talent. People don't want to hear a band version of the latest viral hit with strong vocals, they want a "live in person" version of it. I definitely agree with her. The emphasis from record companies and associated businesses is commercial appeal. I'll never forgive Blackground for what could have been in terms of her career. I'm glad she's still involved, but they really fumbled her.

KATSEYE - "Hootie Frutti"
It sounds a lot like this tbh. Ashley Look At Me Toma Toma TikTok Song
-
MARQUISE - "IRONIC"
She should have led with this one. This is a vibe. Very 2009-2012 girlie pop. After a few more listens, it's very Tate McRae coded too...

KATSEYE - 'WILD'
It better be AT LEAST as good as this bop UnLove You

Glorilla debuts Glorilla Thee Stallion in new photos
- ADÉLA - 'PRIMA'
The cover actually looks like a serve. I just heard the Ain't in LA snippet for the first time. It's already stuck in my head.- JENNIE - "Less than a Lover"
Dude the live version slaps hard. I'm used to her loud, yell-rapping, but it's cool to hear her chill side. After Like Jennie going relatively viral, I expected a harder sound, but I'm really digging what she's throwing down! Less than a Lover (Preview)- Taylor's team files DMCA takedowns against fans who posted her wedding invitation
Weird to do a takedown after the event? I would be more understanding if it was beforehand, but the wedding was such a ******* spectacle that it's like "who gives a **** at this point". It looks weirder to do something about it than to just leave it. What's she trying to preserve?- Lauren Bennett passed away (G.R.L, Paradiso Girls)
I was literally JUST watching all of the old GRL performances. She had such a unique voice. An Icon.- Cascada - "Youtopia"
Ok this actually sounds great. I played the snippet at 90% speed and it sounds even better. - ADÉLA - 'PRIMA'
