When it comes to Gaga doing collaborations i always see comments like she needs so and so to get hits. Such comments are not made when taylor runs to post Malone or beyonce runs to kendrick lamar , post malone , miley etc or katy runs to kim petras all do collabs. Its only an issue if gaga does it. Why is that? Despite Gaga proving that she can get solo hits such as ARUTW which is getting more streams than some of the biggest number 1 songs released that year. Discuss.

i mean who cares. most critiques towards gaga or anyone for that matter are from gay losers just trying to cope. none of it truly matters. gaga will win and beat the fad allegations per usual and OGH will use whatever strength they have left to move another goal post.

A certain fanbase who has recently been extremely humbled for the third era in a row just can't cope with the fact that Gaga was able to get global hits this decade so they came up with nonsense rules like "collabs don't count" "solo #1" this, "solo #1" that etc.

 

Which of course is very ironic considering their fave's last hit of any kind was a collab. And since said last hit, their fave has released eleven (11) collabs as singles in the last 10 years alone, with another four (4) on her upcoming album.

Gaga has landed solo hits in the top 10 in the past 5 years. Not every artist in these Stan bases can say that. Idk why it's suddenly a big deal that she collaborates.

Gaga's and Rih's number of collabs and features with 'major music players' is not even in the same ballpark and that's despite the latter being technically inactive for almost a decade. Why even bring that up?

Because Shallow had the OGH pressed without any breathing room. Gaga then followed that up with ROM slayage with Ari. Despite Stupid Love doing moderately successful, they're using that as the only way to come for Gaga with the "No Collab, No hit" narrative.

The irony is 3 consecutive collabs started their faves downfall with each collab doing worse than the previous 

The way Gaga is a shameless weirdo who frequently panders to outcasts strikes a nerve in deeply insecure individuals who don't want to be associated with that. This drives those individuals to obsess over hating Gaga. The shifting goalposts and denial of her successes is actually a very sad form of projection. A lot of these people were stans before they realized they're losers. 

It's not exclusive to GaGa. They all do collabs and I'm pretty sure they all get dragged from Bey, Rih etc.. they have nothing left to prove at this point in their career. They don't need "hits" it's just a bonus 

 

Would you not do the same if you were an artist? People love collabs, it keeps pop music fun. So what. At least she is giving new music and I'm pretty sure this is not even her lead single?! People just like to hate out of jealousy and insecurity…

It's because she's extremely picky when it comes to her collaborators and all her collab singles are quality songs and also massive hits. That's enough to get weirdos fuming.

 

 

People conveniently forget that collaborations are a two-way street. Even the biggest artist as a collaborator has to have a certain degree of interest and seek some personal benefit out of it in order to pursue it. Just don't pay much attention to it and try to enjoy the music. Nothing said on ATRL will ever diminish her actual status, relevance or the respect that she commands from her industry peers and GP alike. Not everyone has that.

 

Pretty sure people dragged Beyoncé for perfect duet and savage remix as well but ok lol

Nope. You are wrong. It all started with Shallow. They wanted to give full credit to Bradley for it becoming a hit. No one used to care about it before whether the #1 was a solo or a collab. Besides Rihanna is a retired artist now. No one even talks about her. Her last music was during the obama administration. We only talking about active musicians here.

she stopped doing all that since 2013. So why are they mad till now?

I'm sure it all goes back to little monsters being messy. The clown cones back to bite. 

They can't stand the fact that her collaborations are genuine, created from scratch and yet still massive hits bringing the best of both artists on said track! She doesn't even need to jump on an existing hit/get someone to remix her single, she got the organic success of collaborative TABS that get them pressed
