I think it depends where you live

In the UK Taylor is still the bigger artist in the country, but HMHAS and BRAT do feel more relevant than TTPD right now tbh.

Haven't heard anyone IRL talk about TTPD since release week and no, it's not just gays.

Ah yes the artist that has already sold 15M units in the US this year!

You all put crazy standards on her just for then try to drag her when she doesn't meet them but oh Charli gets a small hit and she is the biggest artist of the year💀

HMHAS yes.

Not sure about Brat although it's been gaining traction recently in term of cultural impact :suburban:

Like it or not, nothing can overshadow Taylor right now.

No, the one with the +2 Billion Tour and 13 weeks at #1 and most successful sales this decade.

You mean the albums of the year versus that … thin g

yes!

Yes, but that is not hard since TTPD does not have a single hit (perhaps in Anglo countries, as usual?). Has such an embarrassing fail happened to a supposed world's biggest artist at their peak before?

Taylor's success really keeps ATRL pressed but if their fave was serving TTPD level success we'd never hear the end of it :bibliahh:

I think all of them are having a moment. TTPD is a bit on a break since Taylor's on tour

Not really maybe HMHAS in hype but they are around the same

Brat can't even be compared to hmhas or TTPD the, ttpd alone is 30xbigger

2024 will be a great year for Taylor, she will be a top seller, it will not be remembered as 2023 as her biggest year all time, but one of the best ones for sure

In the real world where HMHAS has reigned at #1 longer than any Taylor album on Spotify, where both singles have outperformed Taylor's, and where it's doing better on AM as well, I'd go with yes for Billie. And in the real world where BRAT has pierced the cultural zeitgeist, impacted the US election cycle, and has two viral hits that are more recognizable than anything off Tortured Listeners, I'd Guess.mp3 it's a strong yes for Charli.
