Please keep discussion in this thread focused on the song. Discussions about Katy Perry's larger scale career/choices, and other artists should NOT be done here. There are plenty of other places to do so on ATRL. Thank you!

Producer: Dr. Luke   she really wants to bury herself this era... there's no way

  • It's missing the Katy Perry touch that could turn a basic pop song into something unique.    It's giving Eurovision

  • sorry but sounds like a Moldavia eurovision entry. It's not this song is gonna save something.

You guys must have a very outdated perception of what Eurovision is and what the songs sound like. Nothing from 2024's edition even remotely sounded like this snippet. Okay maybe Iceland but that's it. :foxaylove2:

OT: Much better than Woman's Worst!

i said moldavia for a reason. As someone said also cyprus. Kinda agree too.

I need one of those youtube channels to mash this up with dua's illusion tho

Imagine working again with Dr. Luke with the hope to produce another Teenage Dream or PRISM album, but it ends up like Eurovision songs from 2013 …. on Chromatica.

Mmmm it sounded a bit better in the low quality one. And not another Luke song did he produce the whole album? I feel like she just went to him and told him "make me a dance album" and left it at that.

I'll need Nirvana now

Her really letting a rapist produce a song about her daughter is so... :deadbanana4:

Tbh you're making this sound really dramatic... I don't think Katy went to Puke, showed him the lyrics and was like "okay so this one is gonna be about my daughter, please make an instrumental for it" :rip:

Besides, did she actually go on record saying this is a song about Daisy? This is outside of Communion's post, I genuinely can't remember where that came from.

Communion was down to his last nickel in the Skid Row Internet café. He wanted to say something shocking before his credit ran out. Ignore the troll. :heart2:

I guess he produced the entire album. Idk why she went to Dr.Luke, she could have gotten the beats for this album searching for "pop dance type beats" on YT

are you sure?

Plus… it was not even release by Miley, but by Pharrell. And it is literally bangerz reject. You still wanna compare it to ""highly"" anticipated comeback of your so intelligent singer? Pls

Not little monsters admitting Chromatica is a dated and bad album :dies:

Nothing on Chromatica sounds like Lifetimes :rip:

Thankfully.

You could come for her in so many ways if you wanted to but here you are saying an outright lie that nobody believes.
