She's officially #1 whew Congratulations Queen Of Pop on yet another landmark achievement, but mostly on making such a fantastic album at nearly 70 years old. Even legendary feels like it falls short to describe her, she is and simply remains imperial. Congrats to all the fans as well for being such an enduring luster of devotion which is truly rare. Congrats to Stuart and all the co-producers on their incredibly detailed work Congrats to Warner for this well-executed roll-out, also rare in this day and age Everything seems to have come together for her at this moment, but chart success is a fleeting thing and ultimately what we should celebrate most and what we should not take for granted is that she is still with us after what happened a few years ago

You're probably right but I would be very surprised if all those digital versions have added 20k-25k in the last few days of the tracking week even for a devoted fanbase like Madonna's. 10k seems a more realistic number for the last minute digital versions to me. I don't know something just feels a little off that M suddenly pulls ahead with a sizable 25k difference while the initial difference in their projections was just 5k, maybe they lowballed Madonna's numbers or maybe I'm just really overthinking this. The comment from the Billboard guy got me on edge I guess

Maybe I'm just a bit pessimistic but something does feel a little...off with the Hits article? M's numbers rose with 25k since their previous update meanwhile Olivia only rose like 5k despite her very strong streaming numbers. That suggests she barely sold physicals/digitals since the last update which I find odd. And esp with the guy from Billboard commenting on a fan page that HDD and BIllboard tally their numbers differently. I won't believe this until Billboard reports it. I'm sorry for being a vibe kill
