i feel the samey comments a bit but i think the thing with clairo is that her stuff works on different levels, you can appreciate this in a a kind of judee sill meets the carpenters type 70s wallpaper but more listening brings out the songs and melodies.

 

it's not necessarily that different from sling i think, in that it's going for the same vibe and can wash over you in the same way but charm is definitely more direct and hooky, it's a lot easier to click with the songs, i like it more the more i listen to it

Its smasha! Glad she ditched boringameba sound because this is it! 

It's all a bit same-sounding after a couple of listens, but there are still some nice moments on it. Nothing will ever live up to Immunity for me, I fear. Glad some of y'all are enjoying it though, hopefully it grows on me!
