I've heard this is only happening with CDs & not vinyl & anybody who ordered a signed CD that arrived unsigned is getting a full refund

Wonder why this website clowned on Fantasia for claiming she'd sign 100k CDs yet accepts without question however many Taylor claims to sign 

I'm assuming they underestimated and preferred to ship to secure the first-week sales and then will ship the signature at a later date.

The label and Taylor were more focused on selling as many copies as possible that they forgot to "sign" these albums 

They couldn't hire someone to fake sign them?
