I hope DL3 is a 20+ songs album from the get go cuz let’s be honest, she sucks at choosing songs for albums, period. Both her debut & FN had incredible songs but also a ton of duds (Dreams, NMP, BWBB, GIB, Homesick, Room for 2, Running…) and she scrapped so many career highlights (Crocodile Tears, Ball & Chain, Hard Days, Better This Way, Don’t Wait For Me, 21 Grams and the list goes on). And the trend of choosing bad songs for her albums continues with Houdini. She wrote 97 songs for this so she must have quite a lot of bops in there (so put them all on it).

sorry, the extended is BOTCHED. the bridge is good but they messed up the tracks momentum very badly, they also changed the vocal mix even though it was perfect before. im gonna have to make my own hybrid as the original production is 10/10 but some elements of this new version are worth keeping.

The mixing is so bad, should’ve taken time with this one, I really expected the guitar outro to lead into another verse, but you just keep waiting for it. Really underwhelming. Original is as good as it gets! Hoping for a live in la version on New year’s eve….
